A box of jiffy corn bread shouldn't be a problem, should it? Do not under-estimate my ability to mess up a recipe.
1 box corn bread mix
1 Egg
1/3 C milk
Unfortunately, I used a pan far too large and my corn bread was about half a centimeter in height. The corn bread also refuses to dislodge itself from the pan.
Solution? I added a smaller pan to my wishlist!
